What better way to close out the work week and start the weekend than with a group sweat beneath one of Charleston’s most iconic sunrises? Upper body, lower body, agility, cardio and core—join us weekly at dawn with The Vault for the best outdoor fitness experience the Lowcountry has to offer. Women Fit Wednesday

A class for women, built by women. Our female trainers will focus on toning the body, increasing your athleticism and creating lean muscle in all the right places. Glutes, legs, arms and core - let’s burn! Come build and celebrate the ladies of Charleston, every Wednesday, as the sun rises.
