The Performance Lab

At CST Performance, we leverage the latest technologies and techniques to deliver cutting-edge sports performance training to athletes of all levels. Our program is located at  Ethos Athletic Club, and is limited to 10 athletes tailored to your specific needs and goals, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out. Whether you're looking to improve your speed, agility, power, or strength, our experienced trainers will work with you to develop a personalized training plan that will help you achieve your full potential.

Monday - Thursday

5-6pm (Middle School)

CST Combine

Welcome to CST Combine, the premier athletic event where athletes of all levels come to showcase their skills and compete against each other in a wide variety of disciplines. Our events include the 40 yard dash, Pro Shuttle, 200 yd Shuttle, broad jump, bench test, vertical and much more. With a focus on performance, our team is committed to ensuring a level playing field for everyone, with a fair scoring system and top-notch facilities.

Welcome to The Performance Lab: Sport Specific Program  where we are dedicated to helping aspiring athletes players maximize  their full potential. Our comprehensive program includes injury prevention, sport specific development, strength & conditioning and agility training to help athletes build the strength, speed, and power they need to dominate on any surface. Our expert coaches are committed to helping you reach your goals and push beyond your limits. Join us today and take your game to the next level!
