The Performance Lab 

The Performance Lab (TPL) is a comprehensive program to improve strength, muscle growth, power, and cardiovascular endurance. This program is for athletes looking for a well rounded program that elevates and improves the entire athlete. 

TPL for middle school (Youth Phase 1)  will be a progressive body weight and core exercises to help strengthen stabilizer, improve agility, and build foundation for future strength training programs.
