Youth Phase 1

Youth Phase 1 is designed for athlete beginning in athletic performance. This Middle School program is designed to help build a foundation for speed, fast feet, change of direction, body weight strength & control. 

Ask about our weekly small group sessions available for more detailed session with your teammates or Friends. Need training over school breaks? Ask about our speed & agility camps and clinics offered winter and summer.
