On the field or in the gym, I have always been known for my explosive, inventive and athletic movements. I was a multi-sport graduate of The Citadel, class of '17 with a B.S. in Biology. I serve as an E-4 Rank Specialist in the Army National Guard with emphasis in "Indirect Fire." My athletic experience ranges from lettering almost every sport in high school to collegiate rugby and football. With every sport comes different workouts and with every individual comes different abilities and body mechanics. I believe it is key to design a fitness routine around your craft AND your bodies design to guarantee the best possible outcome on and off the field. The body says what words cannot.

I’ve been working with Davon since the summer going into my Junior year. Since then he has improved my ball-handling, shooting, and scoring ability around the rim especially floaters. Not only have my skills improved over the last 3 years but also my work ethic and athletic ability. I finished my high school career as a 2-time Region Player of the Year and Low-country Player of the Year along with varies other awards. Even now that I am playing D-1 basketball I continue to leave by the “Can’t Stop Training” philosophy to improve my game.
